Hi. I’m Terri.
Thanks for visiting my site. I’m a Colorado-based maker, creator and entrepreneur who works in 3D with silhouettes and shadows, contrasts and colors, textures and mixed media. I frequent art markets and immersive art installations. I seek out local artisans and small shops. I value aesthetics and sustainable practices.
I love the unique and have always been up for the challenge of pursuing paths new and different, rather than following the status quo.
Horticulture and advertising degree? Bicycle and pedestrian planning?
New Urbanist community planning? Placemaking?
This is my history. A very niche professional career that shapes my unique outlook on art and design. And on raising two creative daughters with their own unique views of the world. And on the benefits of community identity, sense of place, and the need to support each other.
With the dominance of big box stores, automated digital marketing, and worldwide e-commerce, it is becoming harder and harder to find unique, hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind items that spark joy and remind us that we too are unique, hand-crafted, and one-of-a-kind.
WindowArts is my current passion project, as it brings all of these values together while allowing me to create art that focuses on sustainability, repurposing and reusing. The goal is to support local businesses, encourage pedestrian traffic, and create vibrant streetscapes that are necessary to keep local communities alive and thriving.
However, there is more to TMusserDesign than just window displays. My passions are reflected in the people and places that are helping me to launch a wide variety of ideas and bring them to reality.
Through a lot of trial and error, I landed here, with a little bit of help from….
I am fortunate to live in Longmont, CO, home to the largest makerspace in the Rocky Mountain region. I spend a fair bit of time here, even though I have only begun to explore the potential creativity offered by 3D printers, CNC milling machines, a woodworking shop, vaccuformer, metalcraft studio, welding, electronics, glass blowing, pottery and more.

Feeling very fortunate to have spent most of 2023 working as part of the Prismajic creative team on the build of Denver’s new Shiki Dreams immersive art experience and the Night Owls bar.
Learned much. Made new friends. Mastered new techniques.
How it all majically came together is a must-see adventure within the Colorado Mills Mall, Lakewood, CO.
